Medicine Bow Nordic Ski Patrol
Patrol Log: Sunday, April 19, 1998: H. Heasler
12:45 pm - 164 vehicles at end of road. All but 5 were snowmobiles.
The vehicles were parked for 0.9 miles down the Snowy Range Road.
Skied Swastika Lake to upper Libbey Creek Trail. Air temperature
was 34 F, 0 to 10 mph wind, sunny to heavy, wet snow. Met two people
walking Barber Lake trail and two skiers near Swastika Lake. Snow
stake at 64 inches.
