13 Feb 2000, 12:30 pm - 4:30 pm, Tie City.  Provided patrol assistance for the
MBNA Kid Ski Program.  An addition 2-3 inches of snow fell over Saturday
evening, resulting in excellent groomed trail conditions across the total
expanse of Tie City / Happy Jack.  Provided on-trail care for a briefly missing
child as well as a young skier with heel blisters.  The Tie City Parking Lot
went from slick to outright dangerous as the afternoon drew colder.  Freezing
slush on the Highway 210 curve and approach from the Summit Rest Area made
travel conditions less than enjoyable.
