Medicine Bow Nordic Ski Patrol
Patrol Log: Sunday, February 8, 2004: J. Hamann
Skied at the Tie City trails with the MBNA Wee Ski / Kid Ski
program. The trails received in excess of 6 inches of fluffy new
snow over Saturday night. Tie City Parking was nearly full at
10:30 am with 35 vehicles, plus three across the highway. No
injuries or lost skiers reported. Made radio contact with
Centennial VIS at 11:30 am. Departed trailhead area at 4:15 pm,
still 18 vehicles in the parking lot.
