Patrolled in conjunction with the MBNA Wee-Ski and Kid-Ski programs at Tie City.  
Temperatures were moderated nicely from the below-zero trend of the previous
days.  Events were well attended and parking lot full.  Signage was in place
to announce upcoming high school state competition on Feb 24 and 25, with
several skiers (and skiers with dogs) noting and commenting.
