14 Feb 99, 9:00 pm - 11:00 am, Tie City.  I skied at Happy Jack
Sunday, Feb 14, on the skating trails. The trails were in excellent
condition for skating. I was there from 9 am to 11 am.

Several people commented on the patrol jacket and radio; they hadn't
seen any patrollers there. Some didn't know the Nordic ski patrol
existed. In terms of patrol visibility, Happy Jack is a good place to
let people know we exist.

I did talk to one skier that reported a dalmation (dog) that would
attack other dogs, but on one occasion attacked a skier. I do not know
the owner of this dog.
