21 Feb 99, 9:30 am - 3:30 pm, Snowy Range.  Skied the North Fork ski trail
in a party of 5 people.  Followed the by-now customary route to Forest
Road 330 (Green Rock Cutoff to Potholes Trail to North Fork Trail to
a flagged crossing of the North Fork Little Laramie).  From F.R. 330,
we turned off onto F.R. 330 B, which is the proposed eastern terminus of
the Potholes Trail.  Instead of following the flagged route west back to
Green Rock, we proceeded south to a ridge overlooking Route 130, then
turned east along the ridge and descended to the Lodgepole Loop.  We
followed the Lodgepole Loop to the Little Laramie parking area.  This
route (F.R. 330 B to the Lodgepole Loop) would make a nice alternative
eastern end to the Potholes Trail, since it hooks up with established
ski trails.
