Medicine Bow Nordic Ski Patrol
Patrol Log: Saturday, December 25, 1999: J. Smith, R. Behounek
Rich Behounek and I skied the Barber Lake Road Saturday, Dec. 25. We
started about 10:30 with car shuttle.

Car count: noon: 4 cars at Little Laramie Trailhead
                 4 cars at Corner Mountain
1 car with sleds at Sand Lake road
35 cars, 6 skiers at green Rock

We did not dig a snow pit. Snow stake: 18 inches

The snow on the trail before hitting the road was packed with about 2
inches of fresh snow. The was about a mile of Barber Lake Road that had
snow only where the snowmobilers had packed it. Was pretty rocky. The
skating was nice.

Another day with no wind. Pretty exceptional weather.
