December 1st when driving back from Laramie I observed
the following at 9:30am 6 cars at Tie City.  At
11:45am I counted 4 cars at Tie City and 8 at Happy Jack.

December 7th 10am 2 vehicle at Happy Jack and 8 at Tie
City.  at 12:45 I counted 12 cars at Tie City and 6 at
Happy Jack.  I also observed 4  cars parked across the
road from Tie City.
The Ridge Loop is bare in some spots the meadows loop
and a good portion of the upper UW loop was ok.  Also
saw Ken Krammer teaching a class of beginners.
