Joe Pohl and Bob Howell patrolled at the Snowy Range Ski Area with the assigned duty crew.
Before noon, a request for assistance with an off-area search was received from the
Albany County Sheriff's Office.  Joe Pohl was able to respond, with Myron Allen and
Jerry Hamann also responding from Laramie.  Details of the search, to retrieve four
stranded snowmobilers in the Snowy Range, are provided in the attached summary.
